With only 1 competition to go until BYBA’s 2013 National Championships, Liberty thoroughly prepared for the ‘Brass Explosion’ competition in Stafford on 22nd September which definitely paid off. The band jumped up 18 points since the last competition, more than any other band, to claim 2nd place with a score of 69.39! Liberty also took home Ensemble Music and Field Percussion captions, meaning that the percussion section remained unbeaten. Onwards and upwards!
